Observatory

If possible, every amateur astronomer should have one! Mine is a HomeDome 10 ft diameter fibreglass rotating dome which is large enough to comfortably house a reasonably large telescope with space left over for a table, chair and storage cabinet and with room for a few persons too. The great benefit of having an observatory is being able to permanently mount the telescope with the result that there is little-to-no setup time needed at the start of an observing or imaging session.
